Carlisle to Carlstar Brand Transition

We’re proud to announce the evolution of our Carlisle brand to Carlstar. This means you’ll notice a new logo on the tire sidewalls and dual branding on all marketing materials.

Our commitment to excellence remains unchanged. You can continue to expect the same high-quality tires, no changes in part numbers, and your usual easy ordering process. We are dedicated to providing you with the exceptional products and services you have come to rely on.

Customers will not experience any changes in the part numbers they utilize. They will be able to consistently place orders using the same familiar part numbers.

We will begin the production transition at the end of Q3 2023. As we gradually deplete the Carlisle inventory in Q4, customers will start receiving Carlstar inventory. Some products may be switched earlier. The table below provides a list of the key product lines that will undergo transition during this period.

We strive to take all necessary measures to prevent mixed shipments. In an effort to minimize this possibility, we are implementing inventory segregation within our own distribution centers.

The first Carlstar branded tires are projected to appear during the latter part of Q4, 2023.

There is no specified deadline for discontinuing the sale of Carlisle branded tires. Carlisle will continue to be part of The Carlstar Group family of brands. Therefore, it is not necessary to return old inventory.

The initial noticeable changes are scheduled to take place the first week of July. To assist our partners in implementing the required modifications across their online and offline communication materials, we will provide them with logo packages and guidelines.

Certainly, for the foreseeable future, it is encouraged to display both Carlisle and Carlstar on websites, labels, and packaging.

We will provide partners with communication tools for the brand transition, supplementing our advertising campaigns online and in print media. Some of the tools will include:

Catalogues and product information in both digital and print formats.

Updated Product Information Management system, digital collateral, and product photos throughout the transition.

Dual branding will be integrated into the existing point-of-sale (POS) materials to ensure they are up to date.

Carlstar will:

Place advertisements on prominent websites within the industry

Implement campaigns on various social media platforms

Exhibit at tradeshows

Organize events to provide training opportunities for customers and dealers
